MY CONFIDENCE PAGE

THIS PAGE IS DEDICATED TO THE LIST OF CONFIDENCE BOOSTS I LEARN IN TRAINING.  LISTING THEM WILL ALLOW ME TO COME BACK TO THIS LIST AND KNOW WHAT I AM ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH FOR THE FUTURE.  THIS LIST BECOMES THE MINIMUM.  I WON'T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS, AND I WILL GROW OFF OF EACH OF THESE LESSONS LEARNED.

PUSHING INTENSITY AND MY OWN LIMIT TAKES CONFIDENCE, KNOWING I CAN DO IT.  I CAN DO IT.  THESE ARE THE BUILDING BLOCKS FROM WHICH I PUSH.

CONFIDENCE: this morning's AM training session......I am feeling more and more comfortable with GHD situps.

CONFIDENCE: I also did 3 rounds of 100 straight air squats without needing a break.  Just find a pace and plow through them.

CONFIDENCE: HSPU kipping I feel comfortable hitting 10 straight pretty much anytime

CONFIDENCE: try to go unbroken on chin over bar pullups ALWAYS!
CONFIDENCE: I am able to do muscle ups.  Focus on form and exploding through the rings, then forcefully push head and chest forward.  I got this.
CONFIDENCE: I can handle 135# power snatch in workouts.  Next time try to put reps together unbroken.
CONFIDENCE: step into the pain cave and go unbroken for light weight lunges and squats.  It's just pain.  I can handle it.

CONFIDENCE: on #3 I pushed so hard I literally had chills after.  I can do this with all my metcons.  I have what it takes to hurt that bad.  To go to that dark place and keep moving.

CONFIDENCE: I hit power clean 225lbs x 3.  I remember when 225x1 was a major success.

CONFIDENCE: 20 reps of pullups are over.  Go for 22 to 25 as the new normal.  Also note, once I get off the bar it's difficult to get back on.  And the reps after are substantially smaller at this point.  So stay on the bar.
